A NITI Aayog Darpan registered trust working directly with laborer families, mining-affected communities and rural youth across the Nirsa–Chirkunda belt.
Jharkhand Shramik Kalyan Samity Trust was founded in memory of veteran labor leader Late Ramchhabila Ojha, who spent his life organising and advocating for coalfield workers in the Nirsa-Chirkunda belt of Dhanbad.
His conviction — that dignity for a laborer’s family should never depend on luck — is the reason this trust exists. Today the trust works across education, health, social welfare, skill development and empowerment.
